• Unlimited communication and support from the date you book
• 10 hours of wedding day management
• Lead Coordinator (assistant also provided if you booked florals)
• Setup and tear down of all decorations & decor
• Assistance with creation of wedding day timeline
• Detailed timeline form
• Prepare detailed timeline to send to vendors prior to wedding day
• Recommendations for vendors that still need booked
• A dedicated primary point of contact for the wedding party and vendors 
• Day-of we will ensure everyone is where they need to be, setup is complete, candles at lit, guests are taken care of, the timeline is executed, vendors are paid and everything is taken care of.
• You can add on additional hours if needed.

"BY THE HOUR" Coordination might be what you need.

 This is for the couple who needs a coordinator onsite day-of but does all the work beforehand. No pre planning, timeline work or vendor reach outs are included. You must provide us a timeline and all details to coordinate your wedding day. You choose the amount of hours, and we will provide a planner onsite to help run your day
